Thanks for the info on Madder, Spoo. Didn't know that bit.

Got some Mastai Ferrettis on the way. Best beater shirts money can buy. Darted and nice fabric.

I missed out on Spoo's LuxeSwap sale of one of these that went to a mind boggling price, so I went a-hunting and scored one that I think is the exact same. Regardless, I love it. It's a woven Tom Ford that has a fantastic combination of magenta/silver/mauve to present as a stunning purple but still reveal lots of subtle nuance up close.

(edit: ditched the crappy pic from my seller and replaced with Spoo's much yummier pic of the one that I didn't get)

I don't wear ties for work, so I only get them for special occasions. Looking forward to sporting this with a navy suit at an upcoming xmas party!

Some new Zanellas for spring. Now do I self cuff them or do I have them finished with a plain bottom with no break?

My first Drakes pocket squares. 100% wool from Barneys. I think they are sold out...

Regarding the chukkas, nice workmanship, but a casual chukka boot is the last place I want to see a high waist -- I'm sure it's very comfortable, but it looks unspeakably baroque and 19th century. Perhaps less noticeable in person.

So my sock collection is really dull, I went out on a mission to fix that this evening, I think this is a decent start:

The red is when I am feeling a little reckless and just want to wear something peacocky.
