More on the inside/groin area. I've had an ingrunal hernia on the other side and it's in that general area

It's a podcast with Helene Byrne - who focuses mostly on the prenatal side (search biojacked on itunes - it's #7 and #8 and it's free). I'll be trying to pull more actual hard studies for me to look at when I get a bit more time this week. I've also just about finished up a very extensive article on low back rehab/prehab that you may find helpful which documented my recovery from a herniated L5 and SI joint back in October.

That gym was actually farly small and I saw a lot of the same people.

Doesn't ring a bell though. The only guy with glasses was this one out of shape park slopey looking guy who may or may not have been your buddy--

    the rest were:
some high school/late teen powerlifter kids who regularly squatted 500+
a group of fairly beefy working class dudes who did bro-routines.
    a black female bodybuilder,
the guy who ran the place who always wore mesh shirts,
this personal trainer guy who was an ex marine,
the chick who worked there who always ate greasy chinese food and put on terrible music on fridays,
and this one HUGE gay black dude who ALWAYS worked out at the same time I did whom I had an awkward run in with in the changing room.

The climax of the story was a dude flexing in front of a mirror, I was hoping for at least some sort of hilarious interaction. I would also posit that lingering eye contact probably means something for straight people as well.

Re reading my post I can see how that'd be disappointing.

But then, that's just a theme for me now isn't it?

So guys I was at the gym and this short DYEL white kid was staring at me. The mothafucka made eye contact and I was like, "Oh he better look away or I'mma fuck him up". He ran away like a little bitch so I finished pumping some iron and toning my biceps. Down in the locker room, that same mothafucka comes in while I'm changing and walks out. Think he was gay cause he was staring me down and didn't want me to see him naked, probably sporting some wood or some shit.
