Yes, but I am pretty stimulant naive. I don't drink coffee or take any regularly, only when I need that extra bit of focus that seems to be eluding me now

Why don't you just, you know, focus?

Well for me I definitely find that caffeine really messes with my ability to focus.

I really like coffee but I have to be quite careful about when and how often I drink it.

I usually limit it to weekends now.

What's wrong with wanting just a little bit more white privilege?

White privilege is overrated. I'm pale as a ghost and would give anything to be a bit darker.

Jericho is, by many accounts, basically an alcoholic, so it's not surprising that he's put on fat as he's gotten older. He's got that weird body type where he doesn't really get a gut; just gets wider. He's also void of any pecs now, so it's just a strange, unaesthetic visual. Cena has the build an recuperative powers of a god, so no way he's not using something. His physique is one thing, but the guy recovers from major injuries in record time.

Does anyone get tennis elbow from lifting? If so, is there any way to let it heal while still doing upper body lifts?

If tennis elbow doesn't improve, you can try Graston, like most PT techniques evidence is limited but might work for you

Dude, really? Shall I also tell you which exercises will spot-reduce your belly fat... and the exact angle, grip, technique, tempo, and number of reps for your curls to give you biceps peaks like Kai Greene's? And how to isolate only the lower abs for the best 8 pack in the world? :sarcasm:

FFS, don't worry about "exercises for delt separation." Just worry about building mass and then getting lean and let the chips fall where they may. (Unless you are a seasoned competing bodybuilder who uses drugs. Then you can start to worry about how specifically to sculpt each individual head of the delts.)
