RHET plz help me stop an injury before it happens. For the past 6 weeks I have been broing out hard as **** doing something like 20 sets of overhead press, 10 sets of incline, 10 sets of dips, 10 sets of db bench, 10 sets of machine pressing, 18 sets of tricep extensions and 18 sets of curls a week. Bicep tendons are starting to feel really tight in both my arms. When I extend my elbow I feel them pull against my bicep. Been using elbow sleeves, but I do absolutely no mobility work because my connective tissue disorder gives me sickening mobility. How do I get my bicep tendons less tight before I tear my **** up?[/quote
Just cut off your biceps with a pair of scissors.

Start doing SS and gomad

Your right. I think all the squatting will raise my hormone levels because it's a natural movement and they'll repair my biceps.

Just make sure you are squatting at least four times a week.

But SS is only 3x a week? Could this mean that riptoe is wrong? Is this real life? I might need to get on some poverty 3x a week training. Exams are coming up, feels bad.

Now you're making sense. What were you thinking, doing a bro split?

I was doing like a broier version of a bro split to get even more upper body in then a bro split would allow.

Chest, tris and shoulders
Back, bis and rear delts
Shoulders and arms
Chest, tris and shoulders
Back, bis and rear delts
legs
rest

I was thinking of switching bis to chest day and tris to back day so I could effectively hit my biceps 5x a week, but that might even be too bro for me. I should have known only squatting once a week would get me injured. Considering taking tesseracts advice and just cutting them off though because they're not a functional muscle like the glutes.

Muscles need more than ~24 hrs to recover, even with Celltech I think

If you cut off non functional muscles you can get into a lower weight class and break world records.
