so I just randomly squatted and benched 4 days straight last week then took 3 days rest while overeating, and today hit PRs in both lifts. Real or fake progress?

Any form of exercise can be "effective" in a cut if sustainable

On this one, I dont know yet. But I was at my leanest in NYC when I was biking into work 2-3 times a week.

Problem Im having now is my willpower is shot/shit. After my ride yesterday I rationalized killing a sleeve of graham crackers w/milk. So I'm gonna try cardio w/o eating after and see what happens. But I lost 25lbs or so w/o cardio.

TL;DR its worked for me in the past, need time to see it work now.

Another Tuesday session done means another week until dumbbell split squats. Fffffffffffffff dumbbell split squats.

I got a road bike a few months ago and it made losing weight harder, because any ride for any appreciable distance/at any appreciable effort level made me hungry as hell. That's on me though, I suppose its just like anything else once you adapt to it. You can burn crazy calories without (seemingly) as much effort (in my case).

    sup btw

we had hand-to-hand CQC stuff in the military and that was by far the most boring shit I've ever done. Too biased to do any fight sports after that.

Close quarters combat. I promise you that mma is far more interesting than weightlifting. Not that it's a substitute for lifting heavy things.

Recovering from PRK surgery, today was the first time I could exercise in 2 weeks. Wanted to see how many pushups I could do in 1 hour, got 679. It doesn't seem like a lot, but after 500 it's hard to do sets higher than 20.

You're an english major, so the concept of preferences might seem like a bit hard for you.

Having eye surgery stops you from exercising? Do they tell you not to exercise? or is it because you cant see

I was a science major so i definitely understand bias.

Eye thing is probably related to intraocular pressure during workouts.
