    I'm freaking out a bit. Pretty sure the inside of elbow pain was a shoulder issue. Tried to do a chest/back workout today and stopped halfway through. My grip on my left hand totally vanished. Going to try to go to sports med doc in the next week or so.

    Fucking hell. I have an idea what it came from as well. I was trying to hold on with just my arm when I was climbing and I'm pretty sure it rotated around a bit. It happened more than half a week ago, but I guess it's been getting a bit worse.

    Fuck.

    any recommendations for a baller/semi-baller sneaker that I can also squat in? Not into traditional basketball sneakers.

    So freaking weird. No pain, issues raising arm, anything of that nature just a couple of hours after lifting.

    Guess it's time to do lots of leg stuff and shoulder work. Anyone got any recommendations?

    My favourite sneaker is the Hummel Stadil High. I think it's supposed to be a handball shoe originally. I have 4 pairs, one is on permanent gym duty and they're quite cheap on Amazon here.

    Just took weight/measurements, all relaxed

    195.8 lbs

    41" chest
    14.5" arms
    38.5" waist
    26" thighs
    15.5" calves
    49.5" shoulders
    17" neck
    43" hips
    11.25" forearms

    Fuck those forearm measurements suck but are not surprising. You can see how fucking huge my ass is tho

    Fuck, I should have measured myself at the start of my cut. Good idea.

    I would like to get down to like a 30" waist and 16" unflexed arms eventually.

    Yeah I'm gonna measure and weigh in weekly to track progress. Actually going to do this cut right this time. Also, got the gf on the cut with me so taking measurements will definitely help her when she doesn't see the scale moving.

    Ok weird question but do any of you guys tan? I'm so pasty white that you could call me Casper the friendly ghost and I'm afraid when I hit the pool in Vegas, people will get eye-AIDS. So is going to a solarium to get a slight tan legit/good or just a call for skin cancer? Obviously I'm not looking to achieve dat dere fried chicken stadium of tanning, I don't live on the Jersey shore.

    Fuck yeah bro I've been tanning every day at my pool. Next to an Irish girl I look tanned.

    Been feeling shit lately so today I'm cheating on my cut. Had a massive burger for lunch and eating a stuffed crust 3-chicken pizza for dinner.

    I think you will be very satisfied and make a lot of progress. Cutting can be great for morale, especially getting into summer months. I spent a lot of time on my buddy's boat on the lake last summer, the pics make me cringe.

    As long as I can maintain muscle and don't end up back at square one. Just have to hit the gym consistently.

    Girlfriend has been trying to lose the weight since we started dating like three years ago. She sucks at it because she's never consistent and keeps trying bullshit diets. Hoping that us doing it together and her seeing the measurements get smaller even if the scale doesn't move will help her out. She just has major emotional eating issues and then when she fucks up she just says fuck it and gives up basically. Tough cycle to break.

    Reached out to a guy for a potential roommate, wants to live in the East Village. Possible to find an apt there, 2br, that doesn't suck for <$4,000/mo?

    Yea I would hide/get rid of the scale. Women have the bodyfat levels where they can legitimately recomp quickly and they look better with that nice balance of fat/muscle IMO. I mean shit you could just tell her to weigh herself, drink 16 oz of water and weigh herself again. Thats a lb. Scale can be destructive if you dont know what to look for.

    Wifey took some time off for our move but she starts back up again tonight. I'm excited

    I'm probably going to end up tanning before summer starts. Much better when I build a base before going to miami and the beach all summer.

    Yea if u are eating food, drinking liquids and producing waste u are going to have multi pound swings during the day. My morning piss is worth an lb usually.
