My gym is the biggest joke. It's actually funny if you don't cry instead. Some dude was curling in the squat rack and his calves were smaller than my wrists, no joke.

Calves + hammies 3 days in a row = pain.

Gonna keep it up though. I'm squatting nearly every day and it's my new resolution to do hammies and calves every time I squat. Fun times.

I dont get this cutting shit man. I look leaner in the mirror, midsection feels less lumpy, vascularity is coming back to my arms/shoulders/chest, lifts are dropping :( but the scale is all over the place. I'm not changing shit as it looks like it's working but it would be nice to get some confirmation via the scale.

Chest and quads have constant doms form training them 5x per week. Hamstring doms are the worst though.

Scale is the most misleading thing. I started measuring daily a week into my cut and I'm fluctuating like a motherfucker.

I'm walking on my toes, my calves just tell me to fuck off when I put my heels on the floor.

I'm getting a sick kind of satisfaction from it though.

Yea I drink half a gallon of water a day at work and then drink alcohol on the weekends so water weight variations alone pretty much render the scale meaningless for me aside from some kind of moving average. I will keep going by the mirror and feels

I take circumference measurements around chest, arms, waist, hips, lower abs, thighs, and caliper measurements on a few spots in addition to scale weight

    2 bell peppers, 1 red, 1 green
    1 yellow onion
    mushrooms
    1 small tomato

1 lb of chicken breast cut into strips, pre-marinaded.

Dice vegetables, toss with lime juice. Oil the pan with vegetable/soybean oil. Pan fry for 5 minutes, set aside. Pan fry chicken, about 5-6 min, put back in vegetables, sautee for about 1-2min more.

don't crowd the pan when you pan fry the veggies so they brown and don't steam.

Smash the chicken flat with a roller before you cook it.

Got a haircut, looks like my bodyfat dropped by 2% just from having a close cut.

Man I miss my old gym. Good memories even though I sort of hated it at the time. It was so damn relaxing of a place, it was just like hanging out with the dudes listening to old rock while lifting weights. globo gyms are a shit show after work.
