Lol. looks like he plays warhammer and fly fishes. Probably wears a lot of cargo pants too. All white non chav british men look the same when they get a niche hobby. As a child I was into 10m air pistol shooting, skeet shooting and warhammer 40k. Everyone in those hobbies looked like that guy.

I reckon he'd look good if he cut. Guy is like 240lb at 5'9" and not obese. Must be some gains under there, they're just ugly gains.

I used to like Blaha but for the past few months all he's done is act like an autistic child. His total is quite bad, missed lifts or not.

    No, 600 calories from protons.
150g is prob enough for maintaining muscle mass. I'd be more worried about satiation with that protein intake. Bump it up to 200g a day and you will actually be decently full.

So that barbell jeans commercial is retarded. I don't want better fitting jeans so I can do yoga in them. I don't get it.

All I need are my black stretch 511s

If I could get some similarly fitted chinos I'd be pretty much set for life

Fuji/Eason: Come on guys, if you're gonna bash a guy on his total (which is a dumb thing to do), at least have a good total :foo: Not that I particularly like the guy, at least he's honest with his gear usage.

    Amen to that.

I'm not bashing him for his total, I'm bashing him for his autism. He makes sweeping polarizing generalizations for the hell of it. My total is already about 1050 @ 175 lbs natty as peanut butter.

I didn't know protons had calories. What about neutrons? Are electrons negative calories?

Yes. He's a herb, and he would still be a herb if he wasnt a powerlifter youtube personality. Dude can't help himself. I don't pay attention that shit.

People I watch regularly on youtube are Omar Isuf and Chris Jones from physiques of greatness. I like them both a lot, need to start watching some more powerlifting channels though.

Wasn't really mocking his total, was more mocking the fact that you can total 600kg at 242lb in England and qualify to compete in the European championships of an untested fed. I was saying I can put up 500kg now easily so with more carbs, time and peaking properly I could probably go 550ish at 198. His fed is retarded as fuck, the qualifying totals for with and without knee wraps are 10kg apart and they allow 3m wraps. How can you only get 10kg out of 3m wraps?

Did the most retarded thing in the gym. Decided to record my 15x140kg paused deficit deadlifts off of a 5" platform( bar was basically on my toes) so you can see how determined I am and how much I sacrifice to win. Can literally just see my head going up and down, i'm retarded at setting up videos.

I was just gonna come in and post about these... Levi's should re-brand and re-market their 501 Shrink-to-Fit as 'crossfit-friendly' jeans and double the price.

Also, fuck the slogan "Functional Denim"
