Up to 192lb, still have veins through my delts and onto my chest when I'm pumped. Can see dem delt striations when I do like front raises. Still have my phaggy time 30" uniqlo jeggings waist.

Goal is 18 more lb then drop down to 190. Loving the bodybuilding training, behind the neck smith machine press is some good shit.

Haha, I don't think I even want to be big enough for you to consider me to look like I lift. 190-195 at 8-10% bf would be ideal.

ProMax bars are definitely the best in terms of flavor/texture, except I think they're mostly soy protein.

haha i'll indulge you with an honest answer... he'd make eason and coldsnap both feel really dumb without being the slightest bit mean, somehow convince both of them to donate money to a charity for disadvantaged children, then treat them both to burritos or pizza

At your height? 225 at leasttttttttttt. Obviously, I don't care at all. I'm just saying if I were your height, I'd be a solid 240+ at the very least.

Serious question, would you be natural at 10% and 240?

Please don't yell at me again for not realizing the potential our bodies are capable of naturally haha

I'd think you'd probably need to be a veteran of the tour de france to be 240 lean at 6'3".

Fuji threw in the 10% figure.

IMO, 240 @ 14% standing 6'3" is pretty solid. Seems very achievable naturally given you work at it years and years with proper diet/training.

I'm so good at this weight loss thing. Monday was 179lbs, Tuesday 186lbs, Thursday 188.6lbs. I guess that's the problem with only eating carbs on days you train and training MT THURFRI

edit: i really just need to buy a scale and weigh myself in the morning after taking a dump.

Bro there is nothing for us manlets in this world. We sent our prayers to God Franco Columbu and worship the "One True Manlet King" GraphicNovelty.

Here is a formula that seems somewhat legit

(Height in cm) - 96-100 = kg body weight. Ripped and under normal circumstances.

    http://www.leangains.com/2010/12/maximum-muscular-potential.html

Im king manlet status (5' 9")... so my natural potential at show caliber is ~165-173lbs. Seems legit. I was hoping to get down to 170-180.
