    They're all 1RMs. :(

OHP is definitely the hardest to progress and TBH I haven't tried 205 in quite some time since it's one that I get nervous about maxing out. Not even truly sure if I could do it again...may give a try next week.

GF asked for a gym membership and treadmill for Xmas. I think it's okay for me to get her this shit now. My friend's a dietician I'm gonna see if I can "hire" her for a consultation as a Christmas present. I'd pay for her gym membership if it's like $50/mo and even hire her a PT if I knew how to find a good one around here.

Girl is gonna start resenting you for making her do all this shit she seemingly doesn't want to do, also if you want her to change so much you probably shouldn't be with her.

I've never attempted a 1RM on rows. The most I've done is 225x6 on Pendlay Rows...but I just started recently doing them and am still adding weight each week. For T-Bar rows I've put 8 25lb plates on the bar and done it 10x for a set with probably not the strictest form.

I despise barbell OHP. It kills my shoulders. Dumbbells I got 100x5 today and I probably could push press around 275 although I haven't push pressed in 6 months.

I actually think I've grown more from push press than strict OHP too.

Push press yokes you up, especially when you hold at the top.

1rm PR tonight on DL - up to 375lbs. Hit 3x5x285, 3x3x315, then did one rep sets adding 10lbs each time until I hit it. Great way to end the year (uni gym closing until the 2nd).

    In other news, this happened.

I suppose that's one way to do a leg press.

+1 for OHP, even though mine sucks. I think my last session was 3x8x125

I did 3x8x115 last session, can't wait to be able to put a plate up over my head for reps.
