    I just watched this video. For a pronated grip he's starting by going under the bar. I'm guessing for a supinated grip you would start by going over the bar? Or do you not use alternate grip when using straps?

    Not point in doing a mixed grip with straps.

    Theres just no need to. Your not going to drop the bar if you have straps on properly, why would you mix your grip too? Theres not need for additional help.

    Also mixed grip has no advantage if you are strapped up anyway so why bother.

    60+ yr old guy at my gym yesterday squatting 260. he was like 5'4" tall and 130 lbs. u mirin?
