    More bulking = longer cut tho = more time with hunger/low sex drive/general malaise.

    So what is a simple bodybuilding routine online that I can recommend my friend? He just wants to get leaner and more jacked, doesnt' care about squatting and all that shit.

    I mean he will squat. But adding 5 lb a week and all that shit, he doesn't care. It's hard to recommend 5/3/1 or starting strength to a beginner.

    If he's a beginner, ANY basic routine would be fine. As long as he sticks with it and doesn't change anything.

    Just wrote him a Monday Wednesday Friday split

    I'm gonna do a solid few months of bodybuilding after this meet. Feel like I've lost some volume due to tapering for the meet, got hell of a lot stronger though.

    Still have a weird elbow ache, swear it's from DB benching/incline DB benching. No idea what I'm doing wrong form-wise. I feel it right on the back of my elbow, like where the tricep attaches. Any ideas?

    Is your wrist bent during squats, causing you to take some of the weight of the bar at the elbow? That would be my guess.

    It's a really common thing. I don't feel like transcribing it but it's on page 32 of starting strength if you have a copy.

    Does your body don't need as much sleep if you're not doing anything? Got mad last night because I was only able to sleep 6 hours or so, but realized all weekend I just sat around playing Wind Waker. Didn't leave the house at all :slayer: Well once for Chipotle.

    If I get wrist pain in only my right wrist after overhead press, is it likely just poor form?

    Could just be your right wrist is weaker, or you injured it in the past and never let it heal properly. This is my favorite OHP video, very technical and informative
