I'm 48" chest 36" waist, have you tried Sears? Lands End is great and made for fat people.

I don't have any trouble with t-shirts/jeans. I just end up getting all my dress clothes custom made. The reality is I'd probably do this anyway, I just have no choice at my current size.

^ Speaking of clothes... We talked about denim a week or so back and I had kinda given up on the idea for awhile. Well, I miss wearing denim and am researching again now. Measured myself yesterday...

    33" waist
    25" thigh

I'm looking for something with a roomy thigh, but still a decent taper. I really don't want denim with a leg opening larger than 7.5-7.75. I'll report back after LOTS of research. So hard to nail down clothing that fits right without having to take it to a tailor.

I still fit in APC PS 31. I don't even know why I'm allowed to post in this thread.

At what weight do deadlifts start to look impressive? Kind of a weird question but you guys know what I mean, what separates DYEL deadlift with yea I lift weight

    Did a 315 PR today

When you have to resort to using 100 lb weights cuz there's no room for 45ers

I'd say depending on the weight class..

    But generally a 600+ pull.

    Wearing right now.

Impressive to who? It's a matter of perspective. Random chick at the gym? I'm sure you're good with 3 plates.

I'm just asking whether or not 3 plates is beginning to transition that gray area of someone who can pick up decent weight and someone who can't haha

I thought I'd be set with the 10-75 range on the Ironmaster dbs, but I just bust out a set of 10 on the flat bench with all the weight on the handles last night. Can you still load the dbs on the stand if you buy the expansion pack?

Well your question asks what I find impressive.

If it's just a matter of DYEL or not? Then, any weight as long as their technique is solid. I approve more of someone deadlifting 225 with good technique than 405 without.

I won't be happy until I can snatch into the 300+ lbs range i.e. "tfw you throw someone's max deadlift over your head"

But seriously, most good guys I know, as long as they see you pushing yourself, you'll get respect. Pretty much everyone, at some point in their strength pursuits, was pumped to pull 3 plates or bench 2.

You don't need a 600+ DL to be past DYEL at most McGyms, I get bertstared pretty regularly with only 4 plates. Keep in mind they type of gym Chariy lifts at when you're considering what would impress him.

e: just don't be a phaggot who is all geared out with straps, crossfit socks and compression wear unless you're pulling at a competitive level.
