How do you even estimate this? I'm just kind of assuming I'm done for the day...

We have genuine Indians here. What's wrong with the buffet?

TKJTG you can always try massage envy. It's cheap and ask for someone who does deep tissue / trigger point stuff. You can usually find someone who went to school for that sort of stuff and now works at massage envy giving people light back rubs, they can get stoked when you allow them to go to town.

I didn't mean you don't have genuine indians, I just meant that I doubt anything in a buffet is authentic.

I hate that sweet oily crap that gets called butter chicken etc etc.

What sucker would take by the pound? :) It's like $10 vs $25-30 here.

I also went with genuine Indians and they liked it :teach:

Palak/saag paneer is my jam anyways. Love that stuff.

When I used to have back pain I loved when my 100 lb ex would gently step on my back. Probably not good for it, but so many cracks

Do you track your calories? Once you've been doing it for a while, you get a feel for how much something weighs and eyeball it within ~10g. Plug it into myfitnesspal and bingo!

It's not perfect, but it'll do when you're out for lunch with friends. Sometimes you've just gotta YOLO it

I don't think there's one in the whole country, so pissed love Brazilian food.

Luckily I work with Brazilian firms, so I have an excuse to go there.

Anyone who goes to SP should check this place out chicken, chicken and chicken http://www.frangaria.com.br

    True this.

Would pay extra to go to a dude who doesn't dim the lights/play nature sounds/fuck around with hand massages and whispering "does that feel okay?" every 5 seconds.

Dave Tate providing the lolz with yet another deeply spiritual article about cleansing your soul and being "free" via drop sets because that kills demons. Also people are evil and you can't tell them what your goals are or they will try to tear you down.

Oh fuck the comments on it are even funnier

"No better name suits what you are talkin about...Void.It is the basis of very special mental state, it can be achieved through meditation, deep concentration like athletes reaching a flowing state,or the way you describe. It can be said that meditation and flow require quite some practice before getting into the void without sudden interruptions from disruptive thoughts. But having a loaded bar on your back or over "
