    that's incredibly bro sciencey. runners don't have any worse posture than other athletes. Just a complete load of bullshit.

    People should just stop listening to the "professionals" who make a living out of exploiting hypochondriacs.

    Moving to a new flat, which is next to a sickening butchers. Come at me tastier and cheaper proteins. Made crabs yesterday, dat der shit protons to size ratio. It's in a council estate will be lolzy.

    wowie, anyone having problems feeling db rows in their lats should do them against band resistance. i threw on a #1 for my last set for kicks and my lats are on fire today.

    back/trap doms = the best doms

    I've moved up two notches in my watch. That's fuckin awesome. I'm going to try and never pull with a reverse grip, I want brutally strong forearms and hands.
