have to find a replacement facility to lift in as my gym closes for about a month and a half during summertime. looked into @fit but, like the douchey fucks they are you can't even go there and train. it's like they do not even want any actual athletes at their sacred places of worship.

^ Learned my lesson with gyms... Bally's was my best choice and if it wasn't dirt cheap I would have never joined. Some of the dumbest rules I've ever heard of and it's like they want to impede your progress.

A few friends of mine felt the same way so we just pooled our money together, bought a bunch of stuff from Rogue and built our own gym in my friend's garage. Best decision I've ever made. No more waiting, no more assbackwards rules, no more douchey gym goers, and best of all I push myself way harder.

I detest running unless it's part of some larger activity or sport so I can sympathize. Be it 2 miles or 12 miles I can't stand running. The only time I put in double digit miles is when my g/f is training for a marathon and I train with her for encouragement/support. Other than that... no thanks!

When running I always picture all the amino acids getting leached out of my muscles and causing atrophy. :(
