New Broscience video, I can't help but find these hilarious. Also personal record today, benched 150 for 3 reps. Ain't much but I feel good

Bulk is progressing, up to 186lbs as of this morning. Have a nine-course dinner lined up for this evening (#humblebrag), should help.

DL is back up to 275lbs, same as pre-surgery but starting to feel close to my max. Any brahs belong to Crunch in NYC and want to give me form tips? I suspect form is holding me back.

Guy in my gym was repping 130kg on paused overhead press wearing jeans, boat shoes, a shawl collar cardigan and a gilet (can't remember what spastic american brahs call it), was miring. He was talking to his mate about how he gets a discount on his tren from his dealer because he gets it in bulk. Always provides the lolz in the gym. Fat jewish brah deadlifted 100kg today, well done fat jewish brah. He is complaining about his hands though and would like to know how to make them not hurt when he deadlifts. I don't really know what to tell him, I suppose when your really fat your hands are more fleshy and therefore it hurts more?

Have to schedule board exam in either Atl or Philly for this fall. Thinking Philly so I can convince Charly to teach me how to lift.

    I'll be out of town.

    June 1st?

Alternately, everyone list which weekends work for them in april/may/june and i'll put it on a spreadsheet and figure out what works for the most people.

    Me:
    April 13
    April 27
    May 11
    June 1
    June 8
    June 15
    June 29

I am putting my wife, dog (in avi) and all worldly possessions in a UHaul and driving down to Charlotte NC on May 21st. So I am down for any weekend before that. I might be back up for business afterwards though.

Don't think I'd survive this cut without my daily casein fluff treat to end the eating window.

Todays fluff was probably the most tasty so far:

    40 g ON casein powder
    150g thawed and sliced strawberries
    50g skim milk

Start mixing on highest setting until fluffing begins

Add 10g of cocoa powder and some stevia and cinnamon.

Continue mixing so it expands even more

When you don't think it'll expand any further, add 50g of quark and mix again. This will trigger more expansion and give it a texture of whipping cream.

Try to fit it all into a bowl and put it in the freezer. Check on it after 30 mins and whip it around for better ice cream like texture. Freeze for another 10-30 mins.

    Eat.

Pics of previous level protein fluff without any cacao:

    Come down anytime!

It wouldn't be the first time someone on this board came to Philly to train with me.
