This is one of those things that will bug nobody else except you. 99.9% of people are not going to examine them closely enough to see the stitching's not straight.

On the other hand you can imagine there was an earthquake that occurred when your particular pair was being made and the stitching machine veered off course. That would make a better story.

The mouse that lives in my waistcoat pocket is a cobbler by night. Just leave the boots out on the table with a small wedge of cheese, and he will have the stitches straight by morning.

But what if the earthquake strikes again and the mouse succumbs to nature's fury?

I'm sure Zissou could hire a replacement, as long as he has the cheddar

best quote from the zeitgeist in a minute

"It's natural that this leveling of expression occurs in a society where everything happens at once, where satisfaction must be immediate and no statement is allowed to be complex - since grasping a symphony, a novel by Dostoyevsky or a SZ standard fit takes time, thus is not worth the effort for most people, especially a young generation used to a life devoid of friction."

Do any of you guys who own camarguaise boots have problems with the wider shaft fitting under jeans or pants?

None of my jeans have a hem smaller than 7.75" or 8"...I didn't really think it would be a problem, but now I'm wondering.

Nah, they are, but depending on the boots an 8" hem might be perfect or too small. Te MMM version is very floppy, those don't look like it. Might need a boot cut.

Any Dana Lee fans around here care to comment on the Easy Shirts?
Measurements make it seem like they fit pretty big, ime the measurements on the webshop have been pretty accurate, but everything has also fit pretty TTS (XL in everything, but maybe an L in these?).thanks

It's so sad because while there's some truth to this statement, any value the statement had is obscured by the fact that the author couldn't make his point without rubbing his penis 712415 times. (and this is without addressing the fact that he equated the standard SZ fit to symphonies and Russian literature)
