Hi every one, I'm searching information of a shoes brand "ARTIGIANI"
Do any one know about this brand? I think it from Italia but can not google any information about it.
    Thank you!

@jet, do you have a stretching routine that you do after your lifts to maintain good mobility? After giving up yoga and spending about a year and a half lifting and eating, I feel like I've lost an insane amount of mobility. Any tips amigo?

I imagine the indonesian slave women had a good laugh when those bourgeois-sized zippers came in to their workplace/living quarters.

you're asking the wrong du my mobility is straight garbage, i'm probably the most inflexible meathead at the gym and i have no routine except warming up with light weight

i'm thinking of doing yoga and pilates but aint' nobody got time for that...i have a rumble roller which is a torture device and every time i look at it i get intimidated, only used it a few times when i first got it last year

wish i could help you but this time i ain't got the answers except to start doing yoga again

edit - actually the only stretches I do is the forward lunge with leg all the way back for my tight hip flexor/hamstring otherwise i get cramped if i squat, sprint or run, also another one is this pushup/crawl type I forget the name of but that too works hip flexor and hamstring which are my worst areas (along with tight lower back/spinal erector which come to think of it I started doing something for if you're interested)

double edit - look into rolfing sessions, they unlock contracted muscles that fuck up your alignment and mobility, two friends swear by it but it's expensive, 150 per session but afterwards you don't need it for awhile (lifting fucks everything up but i can't stop won't stop)
