I don't know man 190 sounds like an unreasonable goal by june but if you completely alter your eating style and incorporate proper forms of exercise I think you can do it.

Lulz. But seriously - is this a real thing, or was it made up on here? The title appeared one day and I still have no idea how it came to be.

    5 pounds/month = 1.25 pounds/week. I think it's doable. I'll be thrilled to be at 199 tbh. Thanks for the vote of confidence! (0)

The math seems simple enough but it's not as simple as that. I say it's tough because people who aren't accustomed to weight loss don't know what it takes for successful and long term results.

If you want tips pm me.

I've had strangers compliment my clothes quite a bit in CA, this never happens in Seattle or Japan
    Just wearing normal stuff, too

My waist got narrower and and my shoulders wider over the past year, and I had to replace all trousers and shirts.

I need to cut all my clothes are too tight in the shoulders. Problem is I'm still recovering form my ACL tear and my leg is nowhere near back to full strength.

Cake is good. I have one pastry with my armenian coffee every day before I go to the gym. One ciggy to relax me as well.
