Everyone come to the house show I'm playing on the 11th instead of meeting in Boston. I swear Connecticut is totally cool and worth the trip. :revolve:

Also I'll be in Brooklyn on Saturday hanging out / seeing Screaming Females

I have a friend who works for one of these places. She says that they turn over the garments very quickly, they don't turn a profit, and that the most desirable designers won't sell them garments (cheapens the the brand image).

I thought these types of places just buy the clothes they rent at retail?

Only works for cheap tuxedos. Really. You need make the cost money back in under 3 rentals to break even. So, could theoretically work for actual red carpet garments.

They look quite nice IMO. Probably won't be buying but I would certainly wear them.

They are selling out at a record rate. One of the colors (cigar) was gone by early evening, and some of the other colors are running low as well. I'm always hoping that the cooler colors (navy, oxblood) will be the ones people jump on, but invariably, it's the variations on mid/dark brown that always go first.

ahhh! probably just got scammed on eBay. purchased a pair of Balenciaga Arenas off eBay to find out photos he sent were taken from somewhere else. asked for refund due to overall sketchiness of situation and now loss of communication. ad still up.

watch out for ebay user tir-enudh and verdu.garet and email nguyenchina2004@gmail.com

pay attention to what you're buying. smh.

eBay has pretty good buyer protection, thigh, right? At any rate, better than the jackals on Yahoo auctions
