Predates, we're very much in a 90s revival thing, either late 80s-early 90s Ray Petri style (with bombers and stuff) or the slightly later grunge look. Not sure SLP is really doing the full grunge thing though, he just cycles through rock styles and references of the 60s-70s-80s-90s. I personally never really let go of flannels and sometimes dressing in that look so I guess that's fashionable now.

looking around I found this editorial from 2010. seems like 15 yrs is the average time it takes for something to get rehashed (probably faster now). even my non-fashion friends are talking about the 90s being back.

The innermost shirt he's wearing is most definitely Folk, which is pretty cool considering this is from Elle Italia?

Yeah, sounds like the average Hipster look (since the mid 200s). So SLP is definitely late to the party.
The 80s revival was kinda cool, but not sure if I'm ready for a early-90s revival...
I mean, those "Beverly Hills 90210" washed mom (or dad) jeans, the jackets with the ridiculously large shoulders, MC Hammers harem pants.. (Wait, it's already been around for some time...)
Grungey look is decent, but the early 90s was the worst post-WWII era, fashion wise, IMO...

Sometimes I think about ripping the pick-stitched labels from Margiela clothes. It gets to be a pain to reattach them when inevitably one corner comes loose...or else I have something altered and the alterationist does a bad job reattaching the label. Just got a pair of pants back from having the waist adjusted and the label was sewn back on off-center and at like a 20 degree angle :(

The stitches are very easy to put back on if they fall apart. I once (when I first started buying Margiela) had a shirt taken in and my tailor took off the label thinking it was a "store tag" I wasn't too happy about that. My solution is I only buy what I know will fit out of the box/accept the way its meant to be worn and the only alterations I do are hems and even then I write PLASE DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING on my receipt

No, I won't go back. My regular guy is impeccable but 40 minutes away. I've been experimenting with closer places with little luck.

Are there any hanger brands with 15 inch wooden suit hangers besides Hanger Project and Butler Luxury?
