    you don't do any exercise and so you only think of your body to be something to be looked at and not something, which inevitably causes dissatisfaction due to the impossibility of beauty standards.

    take up some sort of activity you'll feel much better about yourself.

    Computurd have you considered that you could have body dismorphic disorder? At size 24 jeans there's no way you're fat, even if you are 4'9" or something.
