    Keeping the wardrobe lightweight and sparse is a good feeling. We purchase too many things we never wear enough.

    first time I've liked that by walid stuff on lncc. a little sad those nice purple jackets are already gone in my size. and if those shorts didn't have such a pronounced drop crotch they'd be perfect. doh

    an actual random fashion thought:

    i was talking to my thesis advisor about when he was writing his thesis (he's in his 60s), and he told me a story about how all of his professors wore 3 piece suits, all day, every day. they were all old german guys who smoked pipes and cigarettes constantly, talked with thick ass accents, and dressed in nothing but tweed and black oxfords.

    also the worst thing about the alden thread, other than that creepy uncle shit, is the jeans the dudes wear. all are unworn raw selvedge with 7" inch cuffs. ugh.
