Yeah I'm going through the same bounce back and forth between bumping non-stop K dot and getting tired of it as indesertum. I'm currently in a state of constant Pro-Era though with some Raider Klan for when I feel like getting ignorant and hype. Section.80 and GKMC are both stellar albums that are hard to be tired of for very long. I've been meaning to listen to give more of a listen to ScHoolboy Q's Habits & Contractions. But between Black Hippy, Pro-Era, A$AP, and Danny Brown I've been very well stocked.

The Lil Jon cameo in the music video cracks me up every time. As a sidenote he also A&R'ed the project that resulted in Ghost Town DJ's "my boo". He was in that video too.

Danny Brown was in the crowd at Odd Future's kinda infamous Detroit concert that I went to a couple years back. Guy got as wild as anyone during the DJ's opening set.

OFWG faded from the limelight faster than they came on the scene. I predict that Earl will become a legendary rapper though, he just needs some time to mature.

And of course Frank Ocean is on a whole nother level

I saw danny open for childish gambino, and the crowd wouldn't even humor the guy. me and like three random asian kids were the only ones who even attempted to do the chorus of blunt after blunt it was awkward.

While on hip-hop, I've found SpaceGhostPurrp to be one of my favorites lately.
Other than that I'll stick to my Japanese Shoegaze / Shoegaze.

    Japanese shoegaze is OK.

Japanese noise/stoner is still the pinnacle.

This is still the greatest album I've ever heard:

Nice! I really loved that Boris album too.
One of my favorite J-Shoegaze albums has to be:

Presuming you're a Mono fan? (not shoegaze, but definitely Japanese!)

Man, I can't remember what that album sounds like, I'll have to re-check.

    Thoughts on the new MBV?

    what the fuck, kindofyoung?

suburbanwhite rap like this, Macklemore, Mac Miler, Childish Gambino, etc. needs to eat shit and die. Their popularity is lost on me. The only white rapper doing good things right now is Action Bronson, I think.

Old pic, and definitely not one of his best tracks
But arguing about music online is, as I have said before, kinda pointless
I will continue to listen to him and think that what he has accomplished is really cool, but if you don't like him I won't try and convince you about it [IMG]

edit: mac miller isn't good though, that I agree with
