Just send them an email to get the MTO ball rolling - customerservice [at] rancourt.com. They should be able to do shell or cxl - really, whatever you want. I've been very impressed with their service and quality, and have my third pair of rancourts on the way.

I heard back from her on Tuesday... Only to tell me that they're running behind and my shoes that were supposed to be done on Monday aren't yet... Still haven't heard from them that they've been shipped. [IMG]

Thanks. Got through to her and MTO #4 is now in process :)

I really wish they would add the Blake to the Made to FIt program. I would really like to order some boots but I have to do it without being able to try on the sizing and last.

How do you find the sizing? Contemplating picking up a pair. but not sure if I should go TTS or the same as my Venetians which are half size down.

thinking about grabbing the suede 3 eyelet chukka from CM. anyone have them? apologies for the sizing question: i measure a 9D on the brannock, and wear an 8.5D in alden barrie chukkas, should i go with that for the rancourts? they do in store returns, so maybe i'll order two sizes and return the one that doesn't work.

If you can try two sizes easily, I'd do that. Look for a fit that's snug without being painful. They'll form to your feet nicely then.

    They look like great chukkas.

I am an 8E on the Brannock device and my Rancourt chukkas are an 8E and fit perfectly. My Alden chukkas on the Barrie last are all 7.5E.

I wear a 11e in most shoes except trubalance where I go a D. But 11e in rancourt have pretty much been spot on

I wear a 12 D in AE and Alden and the same size in these. I'd advise getting a pair from jackspade.com - they're $100! Just search under "Barron"

I prefer lined and then wearing a terry cloth insole found easily on amazon.

^ Not the same pair but I have the beef roll pennys and find they're fairly versatile - work great with chinos and dark/selvedge denim. I'd say go for it.

And I'm in Toronto too /same size if they don't work out for you :D

Yes, was looking at them on JackSpade.com. There was an additional 25% off last week, so I will wait for the next one to pull the trigger. Which AE lasts are you referencing for size?

Might be a bit tough to see but these are starting to develop a really nice patina already

Quoted the image to make it larger for everyone's viewing pleasure. These look good. I like the flat laces on them and the eyelet finish.
