3 year old C&J Malton in chestnut antique calf in winter sunlight. 360 is not the best fitting last for my feet, but i really like the shape and colour of these shoes.

Just FYI...Don't forget about import duties. Gotta pay duties upon entry to US for anything 800+. I owed $140 for some $900 Edward greens I bought from England.

Yes. However, folks have been reporting that they're buying shell shoes from places like Pediwear for ~$600.

Pediwear is great. You're safe as long as you're under the threshold :)

Great picture @upr_crust . They look a lot darker than mine, or is it just the lighting?

They are darker than yours, but not as dark as they appear in the photo - pre-dawn photography indoors.

I posted in here the other day asking about a boot. Have more detail now, seeing as I just bought it! My 2nd pair of Crocketts. First was a tan Coniston from Purdey, now another tan boot in the Skye 3 from a store in Germany. Says Sky 3 although online I can't find it anywhere. Unlike the purdey this one is labelled CJ.

Picked them up today as they were on a very good clearance.

Will take better pictures once I return to the states. For the two that responded sorry I wasn't able to see what other sizes they had. This one was reserved for me since two nights ago and was in a hurry. It was between this boot and a Santoni tall winter boot for the same price. That was a bit too small for me, both UK size 11, so went with the CJ. Plus I can wear this way more.

Now my CJ boot collection consists of two tan boots. Maybe in 2018 I can diversify!!!

Mainly depends on the shipping service used. I've ordered four HG pairs at a time from C&J direct and a single pair of Cheaney's from Shoe Healer and paid nothin on the former but got a bill for the latter. C&J uses Parcel Force/USPS and SH uses FedEx. With all the different shops/brands I've ordered from this has always been consistent. Using USPS you'll be fine but FedEx/DHL there's a pretty decent chance you'll get a bill.

Now that you mention it, I never had to pay duties for any of my C&J orders. You're probably right. Edward Green uses DHL and made me pay. Still got them for slightly cheaper than regular price but just barely.
