Ok, I would be 10 in both. Maybe in bigger shoes, we have more flexibility between sizes? I do agree that the Simpson is a smaller last than 348. If my feet were a bit bigger, I would be a half larger in that Simpson last but still snug in 348.

They indicate that they do. I think you have to email them separately after they charge your card.

Mate, if you're asking about a 'huge C & J PSA' you'll have to refresh my memory :D

Lasts for a low instep then you got me done. Lucky or otherwise my 'plates of meat' are pretty A standard. I do know the 363 is more roomy than 337

    I do like 337

    Try looking here

    and of course here

    Lots of good stuff

Sorry can't be more helpful :embar:

My interesting and quite frustrating first experience with Crockett & Jones continues. As some may recall I bought the US 13 Islays from the Phineas Cole / Paul Stuart sale a few weeks ago. Attached some pictures here upon receipt...I love the boots but have been frustrated that they're too big.

They are marked 13E on the inside (not 12E or 13D as one would expect) and when I called Paul Stuart around December 23rd they simply said that's the US size and they are meant to fit big.

Well after opening a ticket with Crockett & Jones, actually two the first one was lost they acknowledged, they called me a few days ago and said yep that's the UK size. So I was basically right all along. These shoes are larger than all of my US 13s and voila, that's because they are US 14s???

So I called Paul Stuart and they said yes these are the incorrect size. Now I need to send the shoes back with a letter, their customer service will assist from there. I can only hope I get the right size as an exchange, otherwise will get my money back. But man what a pain.

@DoctorHolliday No chance of getting the VAT off. Apparently, due to some strange French or ARMENAK's own interpretation, the VAT can only be taken off for in-store purchase.

Rather useless as the pricing is gonna be almost the same as any online store from UK.

I think they're just trying to pocket the VAT for themselves.

That's too bad. The other places deduct VAT.
