I had a hard time deciding but in the end. These became my first pair of C&J, the Drummond.
It looks good together with my Loakes and Carmina
Nice! I really like the overall style.Well Gents,
I am ******* ecstatic on this Friday evening as my MTO C&J's have just arrived...
Details:
Model C&J Burnham (Tetbury with a buckle instead of lace)
Last: 348
Leather: Navy Grain
Sole: Dainite
Review: Doing an MTO with C&J was very easy and definitely turned out great. Will do more MTO's in the future for certain.
EDIT: I want to add...with C&J, unlike other makers, they are very flexible and willing to make design changes and are open to just about anything. This is something I really liked about doing the MTO with them!!!
@PCK1 Lovely, great work! Couldn't agree more regarding C & Js flexibility and customer comes first attitude.
@Shoeproject Looking great man!
Agreed, they're a wise choice too. You'll never look back. Wear in good health
the first is fantastic ... However beautiful collection
Thanks!
The collection (from top left): loake Buckingham, loake Aldwych
Bottom row: Carmina punched cap toe (armoury last, quite snug), C&J Drummond, loake Dorchester (mayfair last, fits a bit large to size)
Finally a picture of my brand new Drummonds:
