I just wanted to mention why the sleeves were short in case you weren't aware. I understand your point and I think it's just a matter of identifying what brands are trying to produce true reproductions (like Post O'alls) vs. brands that are workwear/vintage inspired with more current touches (maybe like Engineered Garments). I respect both approaches, but I would agree that I would tend to prefer the latter.

This is the post o'alls aesthetic. Just buy something else -- there are plenty of brands that do vintage inspired looks with more modern cuts.

The Tokyo store has a fair bit of FW13 stock – I can't decide on whether to get the engineers jacket in denim or a navy cruzer.

The store doesn't have it's own website unfortunately – just the official website http://www.postoveralls.com
with the product lists. It could be worth emailing the store, they definitely carry xs and the staff are friendly guys with decent English skills.
Otherwise, if you are totally desperate for a specific piece I can proxy it for you.

Ordering through japan is your best bet to get xs and a wider range of fabrics but it will surely cost you...
Try calling Koji at extra in ny...his english can be a bit dodgy but I really cant say enough about how nice and beyond helpful he is. He gets it.

I'm Australian living in Tokyo, the only email I know of is pantogr@attglobal.net, it's definitely worth a shot.
Price wise the shirts are a lot more expensive in Tokyo, but the jackets are around the same price as the US – not sure about pants/denim.
