opinons on AE brown suede moras?

    After reading this thread I share in the concern that the top strap is somewhat weak. Most monks have elastic where the strap meets/is attached to the upper. The Mora does not.

    Nonetheless, I love mine and get many compliments on them.

    there was a previous thread that mentioned someone had their cobbler replace their mora straps with elastic straps. anyone know if this an easy process?

    +1 on the suede mora being a great looking shoe. Too bad the #8 last doesn't work for me.

    AHHHHHHHHH, I was trying on my Mora's and I must have pulled on the top strap too hard and the FRICKING buckle tore off!!!

    Any help? Advice? What should I tell the cobbler to do??
