http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....4032722 According to my calculations it's nearly a perfect fit. btw, this seller appears to have some pretty nice stuff--not sure if others here are familiar with him/her (or possibly could be one of you...)

Phone the Armani outlets first - prices are often better.

Don't know where you live, but in Orlando, there's the Orlando Premium Outlets, which has an Armani outlet. Do a Google on Orlando Premium Outlets and you should get a list of stores with phone numbers. Perhaps you can call the Orlando Armani outlet and they can tell you where to find others.

For the record though, I have been there, and their prices are high, probably higher than that jacket.

Price seems quite high for me, but he's an excellent seller.

Same opinion - excellent seller. Although the price is awfully high for this particular piece. (For ebay that is.)

All due respect mssrs. Thracozaag (a curious moniker--would love to know its origin) and Harris, how might I do better pricewise in shopping for this type of merchandise? I am open to any suggestions you might have, short of travelling overseas or spending all day on the phone searching for the best values (Alas, I am one of those lowly types who must spend the better part of my day working to make fine fibre ends meet...)

btw, Mr. Harris, the Hermes sportcoat modeled in your how to measure for ebay thread (a thoughtful and generous contribution) is quite attractive; I'd love to get my hands on something like it.

    regards,
    AJL
