GATs are really comfortable for what its worth. Thats partly why a lot of people wear them. That and them being versatile and looking good.

The leather on most cps is the shiny hard leather. MMM only uses that type of leather, from what I have seen, on white or black GAT's, and the white and black paint splatter GATs. That type of leather seems stiffer than the same type on CP's. I have a brown pair of CP achilles and the leather is much softer. Future leather is very supple, and normal leather/suede GAT's are much softer as well. The washed/tumbled leather on the most recent season of MMM GAT's used on some of the paint splatters is very soft. The insole they put in GAT's is much more substantial than CP's.

Thank for posting this. I never really looked into this store before, but decided to check it out and they have some crazy deals on Butteros. I have been looking for the Carrera running sneakers in tobacco suede on white vibram sole all season and only found them in my size in two places at $400+. With the code I snagged a pair as well as the chukkas for like half that price. I'm expecting to get hit with customs, but I'm hoping I still make out in the end.

Why do I only see women's clothing? Is it a women's site? If so, does it belong on this thread?

It's the female version of MrPorter, or rather, the "mother" of MrPorter. It's the core company that starte and owns Mr.Porter (though both are owned by Yoox Group now).

Normally, I don't put up women's sales, but... I shop for my wife, and I figured that a lot of other guys do too, and we also have a fairly large contingent of female lurkers, so I thought that I should throw it out there.

Maybe I'll put a (W) besides those sales which are primarily or wholly for women.

20% off sale items at Notre in Chicago with code FINAL20

Looks like it might work on some full priced items too. A few friends and I were clicking around and we were able to check out on some of the vibergs and common projects.

I just left Holt Renfrew in Vancouver. Apparently all sale merch was an extra 20% off yesterday. The Extra 20 signs were still up all over the store so they honored the discount on my small purchase of a couple of John Elliot pieces - a waffle knit henley and a patched sweatshirt came to under $100 for both.
