General rule for Buttero is to size down one. I am 9US in Nike, a 42 in MMM, a 41 in buttero.

I have tried to email Carson Street many times but no response. And this was 1 to 3 weeks ago...

    Anyone get a response back?

If you meant they haven't shipped an item that was ordered online a week ago, I would just give them a call.

+1 on East Dane Mismo pricing.

With Buttero, they're not lined like CP's so you can definitely size down 1.

I've got Buttero in 41, 41.5 and 42 and all fit fine. The 42's are the chukka and I wear thicker socks.

    For CP's, I basically always buy 42 because they're lined/padded. MMM, 42.

    I'm a US9.

Really dislike Buttero sneakers. The leather is so stiff that almost 20 wear I could not break them in. No lining or whatever so they are quite uncomfortable.

Not to excuse Carson Street (web site /ecommerce needs work) but it's a small shop and I think most of the staff is in Europe right now.

Likewise re: LA Guys experience with End; I've ordered from them several times and they've been responsive and shipped very fast. Ymmv.

I know a lot of you complain about Mr Porter retail prices but they really provide a top-notch service. I placed an order on Wednesday morning last week, it was shipped by the end of the day and at my door on Friday. I returned one item and was refund within 24 hrs. Best customer service you can imagine

All sale items dropped to 50% at Totokaelo. Lots of good stuff.

In my experience, they do 2-day shipping if you have a large order and standard for small orders.
