My Habit has Thom Brown sale. Anybody know how sizing works for their shirts? What would somebody be if they are a size SM in GBV and MED in BoO

This is oddly specific, but if anyone's in the Bay Area, the SF Nordstrom Rack (I know, I know) has a couple of raw LVC 501s and a bunch of raw 505s for $70.

Here's a 15% off TBS code: f8568e9 (also have a 30USD if anyone's interested, will find when I get home spoken for!).

Posting to discourage myself from using it, but also seeing if it'll help anyone. TBS just got a re-stock of some CPs and some starks.

hello all! this may have been previously asked, but do any of you know when mr porter starts their next sale? i'm guessing sometime in late november?

also - i imagine there's no way of still becoming a founding member if you missed out on signing up last year?

    thanks in advance!

    Nope!

I really hate it because everything I want is gone by the time us regular non-founding-members even get the 30% off and about 90% of the time I see the item I want in my size on ebay anyways.

Its funny, since I am not, I pretty much don't buy there at all. Why would I want to be discriminated against and pay more just because of a timing issue?

Not in the hyperbolic way you are casting it, but in the ordinary definition, sure.

Discrimination is the prejudicial or distinguishing treatment of an individual based on his or her membership - or perceived membership - in a certain group or category.

you're taking it to far man, it's a shopping site. Do you think they would discriminate and alienate large swaths of their customer base at the outset of the launch of their business?

To answer your question - that is effectively what they are doing right now. If I didn't happen to sign up at a certain period of time, I am now locked out of sales going forwards, basically meaning I am paying more and have less selection. Pretty much kills my incentive to shop there since I can pay full retail anywhere...

You are not locked out of sales you just have to wait longer.

As in crappy selection is generally left - being locked out of anything decent.

It isn't that big of a deal, I just don't shop at Mr Porter because of it.
