Non-bulky brougues

    Jeans are definatly worn at clubs in NYC and Italy. I don't know what's up with Canada though. In NYC it's getting to the point where jeans are acceptable attire almost anywhere; except for top-tier restaurants that carry dress codes. In Italy, the clubs really don't have a dress code; most people dress appropriatly and stylishly, so I guess it's not really needed. However, in the restaurants here one rarely sees jeans. For instance one night, I wore jeans, sportcoat, button down (tucked in), and chelsea boots to a fairly nice restaurant, and felt utterly underdressed. Suits are the norm for this occasion.
