I am not enjoying the St. Louis Rams game today. Good Lord, stupid penalties are killing them. And their field position has been awful, usually because of their own mistakes.

Also, I am cheering for the Chiefs against the Cowboys, but Jiminy Crickets do they look awful in the red over red.

I hate being a Cowboys fan these days. Losing to the Chiefs is unacceptable.

    RgKnee's knee clearly isn't 100% yet.

I'm out of my survivor pool already !?!?!?! Picked Philly to win today after the shit-kicking they administered last week - seriously - the chargers? oh well.

Sat in the rain and left VERY satisfied after a Bears victory.

Apparently the Denver defense wants to let Peyton rest because they are giving away penalties like popcorn. Idiots.

Yeah, but they're in the luck, because the Giants are fucking terrible. :fu:

You don't need faith in a guy with two Superbowl rings... but without a running game and a defense, he's pretty much screwed.

NFC East is a shit division right now though. It's going to be up for grabs.

Looks like the Adderal drop made it through ahead of the storm in Seattle.

Eli is above average at best, not elite. He gets hot every 4 years or so at the end of the season and during the post-season but that's it. As much as I love saying Peyton is a great "regular season" quarterback, there's no doubt that he's objectively far better than Eli can ever hope to be. Give Peyton Strahan, Tuck, Osi, JPP, etc. on the other side of the ball and see what happens..

And don't forget that Trent Dilfer has a ring and Dan Marino does not.

Would you rather be "the best QB that never won a Superbowl" or one of the fewer than 30 people on earth who have actually won one as a starting QB?

Ask Lefty how he felt about being the "best golfer to never win a major" - I'm pretty sure he hated it.

The point is that ring# does not correlate to your relative level of quality qua football player.

Let's keep the gargling of LeBron's balls in the NBA thread, edina.
