Is Brock Osweiler the worst free-agent signing ever? John Elway is thanking his lucky stars that Osweiler got pissy after being benched. Trevor Siemian is not the long-term answer, but at least he doesn't have a huge contract.

I'd go with Albert Haynesworth with the Redskins. At least Brock wanted to prove he was worth his contract. Albert didn't even try. Once he got paid, he quit on his team.

Haynesworth just because of the money. There are lots of others though.

I think the question I have on Osweiler is how much is him vs play calling. You have Hopkins and not much else - that guy should get 8 touches before halftime.

So Hopkins needs to be in motion, in bunch sets, at Tailback, whatever it takes to get him the ball. Typically, it would be one of these three:
    1. The coach isn't calling the plays
    2. The player can't execute the plays (osweiler)
    3. The player won't execute the plays (potentially Hopkins)

I don't know which of the three involved is the problem, but people have got to change or they've got to go.

You don't want me to go much further:

It's all Brock. Hopkins had 4 different QB's and still produced last year.

Anybody else in the picked Hopkins in the first round and it ruined your season club?

I actually drafted Hopkins last year, was pretty damn happy with him, and picked him as a keeper for this year. Total 180.

Yeah I bet they win it this year. And Eli will be canonized despite having virtually nothing to do with this super bowl win....yet again

I'm going to use a totally BS theory that says the Giants can only make it to the SB if they play the AFC East (in particular, the Patriots) during the regular season. By that logic, they missed their chance last year and will have to wait until at least 2019.

Depends. If so, would it be a clever one?

I'll try to find you... left on the dial (of quality poasters).

Also, legend has it that Georgia State's radio station (or a chick DJ who interviewed the Replacements) was the inspiration for that song.

I don't think the Giants (the former bastards of [George] Young) have the running game to really make a deep playoff run.

But I can't hardly wait to see how the Packers turn out. Half of me says it's a mirage and will end in a some future of a shambles of a game and the other half is hopefully optimistic. The Vikes tend to give GB fits.

Not sure what's more embarrassing: being 1-14 or being the team that an 0-14 gets their first win from.

Carr and Mariota both go down on the same day. Ouch. Injuries suck, especially when its a starting QB for a playoff team (or potential playoff team). I hate to see that.
