It''s a recent development, I've bought a suit that had that idiotic attachment. Methinks, they are trying to stop people separating suits into different sizes (pants 46 , jacket 48) but if they don't penalize for cutting that thread and returning the suit then what is the point...

Well, we'll see what happens. I ended up returning it. It's idiotic to package a suit in a way that makes it impossible to try on - they could just put a second tag on the pants. I'll post here if they give me any hassle on the return.

I am really stuffed now. After 2 months of no purchase ended up spending over in 2 suits in last 3 days. Canali in Dark brown $476 and a Stile Latino grey linen & wool $473. Oh well you only live once !

Anyone else have an order "in preparation" for over two weeks? They've already charged my PayPal account. Emailed support last week to see if they knew why it hadn't shipped, and all they said is they'd forward the request to the appropriate department.

I get that the polar vortex or whatever hit in that time period, but it seems unusually long.

I'm on the brink of overspending.. Have ordered using the dreambox code, but am not too happy with what I got, so returned 90% of my purchase. Now having a bunch of stuff at "Last one available" has put me in doubt... Really don't know whether to order right now or not. Think I'll wait one more day, to see if a valentine's day code appears, otherwise I'll probably just take the plunge and cut my losses.

I highly doubt a valentine's code will appear this year as we've just gotten the dreambox code, and they sent an email some time ago about their 'valentine's gift machine' (who in their right minds would use that???).

If you didn't like it enough to keep it the first time, you don't need it

That must suck.. FWIW, they shipped my order in 2 days (ordered 28-01), so it's probably not due to high workload or something.

It's other stuff. I thought the order price was high enough as it was, and didn't expect to return nearly everything.

Yoox customer service has been crap. I got the same reply. They seem to always state that it will be handled by the appropriate dept. Just call them.

It's a fair comment. The prices haven't budged, so if I wasn't going to cop at 15%, why would I cop at 10%? I'd sooner wait for another round of drops.
