I am in EU but buy from US sites almost exclusively. If you cannot figure it by now you r either over 60 y.o. or ...

Can you tell me how to buy from the U.S store if you live in the EU?

Yes, right after thanksgiving.

How do you fix the shipping to the EU?

Iam guessing they probably use a shipping and forwarding service. If said item is under a 100 dollars, it's not worth the added cost, which at times can be as much as the item itself.

Yes, but once they start cutting prices it sometimes swings to the US site's favor.

Aren't we all US customers? Why would anyone shop the other country's sites unless they offered more items or cheaper?

Sometimes they just don't offer the product in US for any price. It says Sold out in US or doesn't show up at all, but is available in some of the EU sites. It really ticked me off. Iam in US and even called the YOOX UK and Italy numbers to see if there was a way around it, but no dice.

An email to customer service, resulted in a standard boiler plate reply about how the YOOX marketing team decided what product is best for what countries. For once, I would like to see their customer service send a reply that isn't pre-written.

Googled some of their previous semi annual sales. The last one they had after Xmas was in March. Are you sure about this?

I shop on a non-US website, supply is from the Italian warehouse. Most of the time discount codes posted here do not work out.

Ya can anyone confirm? I can't seem to recall at all when the sales happen. One poster earlier said after Thanksgiving but that doesn't totally jive with my recollection (which is piss poor regardless)

With the 40% + 15%, you're getting close to the sales I recall (70% and the like)

IIRC There aren't going to be drops until after thanksgiving. Usually a week after their usual 15%('thanksgiving') discount.
