Just added another stop on my list, NYE. Not sure if it's wise and might back out.

Oh we were for sure doing it. Let's see... 03. I had just turned 16 and so I bought my first car and then had to buy a cellphone b/c my parents didn't want me driving my car without having a phone too. And I remember paying $5 a month for 250 text messages IIRC, thinking "Man, I'll never send 250 texts in a single month!" whereas my phone bill now shows several thousand each month.

While on the surface this seems like sound advice, if you are single and want to hook up, it's probably not.

Never been to L.A. but I know they've had some interesting bars that have popped up over the years. Look up entries on www.concierge.com and contact the bars directly to see what they have planned

Wife is working, so man-date with a buddy at an 'underground restaurant' club or whatever you want to call it nowadays.
