    Anything high energy. Do some stream rips off the trance channels in www.di.fm.

    System of the Down tends to work for me. High energy. Shorter songs. Good for intervals.

    I checked out podrunner last week. Not bad for free actually - but it's mostly "underground" style DJ tracks, not real songs. I think that's good for some people but I just need a bit more "content" to keep me engaged.... These days at the gym I'm really into techno and techno/rock and stuff like that, but the kind with vocals, real songs -- try searching for these songs: [​IMG]

    I don't usually go for techno but these are sort of like a wierd crossover between rock and techno/trance.
