Need advise: Tom Ford suit ruined, sleeves to be changed.

I'm awaiting reply from Tom Ford so I do not want to add more fuel to the fire by posting pics & complicating things. I will taking photos of the sleeves for my own keepsake when I pick up my other altered garments next week. Damn I hate losing sleep over **** like this.

I fail to see how posting pictures will complicate anything. It will not change any course of action you are currently taking.

In that case it should not be difficult, the tailor just removes the previous sleeve, and attaches the new one which should already have the canvassing in place for the TF roped shoulder and the tailor wouldn't be doing the construction on the roping but just making sure he attaches the sleeve cleanly

It's really going to depend on the degree of the mistake and the tailor. But I have never heard of a tailor paying for the whole suit.
