There's talk of shutting down melo for the whole season

There are talks (though not as loud or aggressive) for LeBron to shut it down too with his list of nagging injuries/aches.

Oh. For some reason I thought the lebron injury wasn't too bad. I thought they were considering doing surgery on melo

Yeah, I'm as big a LBJ hater there is but kind of a shame that this year is turning out to be a wash. I mean, it'll be interesting (read: entertaining) to watch Shum and JR do some things but with no rim protection and mediocre defense all around,, shutting it down looks like the right decision. It's just crazy how bad the East is because they can sneak in with little to no effort

Yeah. Part of it is lebrons fault. Dude is constantly in chill mode unless some idiot like Tobias Harris provokes him.

This is what I'm talking about. So pretty. They run that Spurs hammer play occasionally. I want to see them do it against the Spurs.

I love the sets where it looks like a guard like demarre is getting a double pin down for a catch and shoot three but actually demarre turns around and they set a double pin down for korver for an open three. Or the ones where korver sets like three screens only to get an open look for himself.

Just really unselfish basketball. I feel like they're younger and more athletic than the Spurs but with the same mentality of "can't play hero ball cuz we don't have heroes"

Re: melo and James, I thought losing weight was suppose to alleviate the on court injuries. Fwiw I was not a supporter of the weight lose. It's too bad hearing about the superstars current situations
