You mean after someone "hacks" into your car's computer, shuts it off in the middle of a bridge you wouldn't get back in it as well and try to drive off?
Now that you mention it, that too! Bonus points for it being the same spot on the same bridge where the bad guy's dad offed himself on television. Actually, chief offender was where the bad guy (I'm spoiling it with abandon so the rest of you aren't out the $8 to see this dog) hacks into her kid's computer with a trojan horse. So, Ms. FBI cyber-crimes super-sleuth leaves the computer her daughter uses completely unprotected? Oh, and daughter's unprotected computer happens to be on her home network and evil dude gets all her personal data in the process?

We just saw Nacho Libre. What a complete piece of shit. Even a waste for a Netlix rental.

Hilarious. Nice catch. NetFlix, I suppose. But you have a brilliant business idea there.

Aw, I thought it was hilarious.

I downloaded Pirates of the Caribbean III from Xbox Live. I knew it would suck because Pirates II was about the worst movie I have seen in my entire life and it didn't disappoint. Too bad because the first Pirates was entertaining.

See, and I thought PotC III was entertaining. Far from ground-breaking or mind-blowing, but entertaining.

Seriously? I thought it was garbage. I actually fell asleep out of boredom. I will mention that I had quite a few drinks before going to movie.

I liked it but that part towards the end lost me. I mean there's suspension of reality, but that part was so far over the top, I thought, O RLLY?

There was that Being John Malkovich moment earlier in the film that I thought was a nice touch.

    "Joshua"

We wanted to rent a scary movie this weekend, and it looked like it could be hit or miss.

    Miss. Big, big, big miss.

re: PotC III: Yeah, it was entertaining. Nothing particularly special and certainly not as good as the first. Btw, neither I nor my wife much cared for the second one at all. I'm not expecting every movie I see to be front-to-back perfect. I just want to laugh a bit, go "oooh" once in a while, and have a pretty good time.

So I didn't walk away from this one being disappointed. However, with Nacho Libre, I literally thought (and said aloud), "well that was a complete waste of time." I laughed out loud twice I think, and didn't even chuckle at all otherwise.

Just watched Jumper, dont know if its been discussed elsewhere but avoid it if possible. Somehow cluttering the movie with quasi-physics and inexplicable sub-plots plus throw in some poorly fleshed out characters and youse got you some sci-fi. I really wanted to like this movie since NightCrawler was one of my favorite X-menz.

I watched the apparently brilliant and poignant and powerful and so on 'There Will Be Blood' the other day. Personally I thought it was kinda boring.

Also watched the undeniably crappy (but kinda fun in it's 'Im tired and dont care' kind of way) Ghost Rider.

I had to help my girlfriend babysit last week so we took the kids to go see Spiderwick Chronicles. That shit sucked!

But then last night we saw Semi-Pro, which was Will Ferrell's funniest movie yet, imo. I know with Ferrell it's either love or hate, but if you are on the love side, definitely go see this.

I just watched Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz belittle themselves in 'What happens in Vegas'. It takes a lot for a movie to be beneath Ashton Kutcher....but when Cameron Diaz looks him in the eyes and says "I'd bet on you, Jack" I gagged harder than the girls in the massage shops on Dien Bien Phu Street.

This expression is a keeper, though. Props.

The Happening. The stinkiest movie I have ever seen, since 10,000 BC of course. At least I know now that I can hold my 'what the fuck' face for longer than an hour.
