Do you mind linked to one of them? I tried searching your post history and '401' in this thread, didn't come up with anything.

For the $200-jean, it's pretty nice. Hold up well, can take a beating, fade well. Overall I'd say it's good.

    I have a JB400sp for reference.

Love my JBs they are as tough as anything other pair in my closet, denim starts out smooth then later gains tons of
character as it wears in :D

i dont own 3sixteen or JB - but i do have mono 702s which i am incredibly pleased with.

to be honest - between the two you are choosing from i would consider which measurements shape up to what your ideal fit is. other than that the JBxBO do have contrast stitching IIRC which i think looks great - you might what to decide wether you want contrast stitching or not,

What's more, I'd fully stand behind anything Jay puts Blue Owl's name on. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with either one, depending on what you're looking for.

I apologize if this has been asked before, however I just don't have the time to read 158 pages. I am about the pull the trigger on some 0701's however I am not sure what size or who to buy them from. Every site (blueowl, blue in green and okayama) have different measurements for the sizes. So my question is, are any of these measurements more accurate then the others ? Or can there be that much variation from pair to pair.

    Cheers
