Pic taken with flash on, if you look closely, you can see where the tailor changed the pink inseam. It is a slightly lighter pink now. I had no clue they'd go that far up the inseam or use a different color, I was told it would be the same but I guess not. I don't mind it at all now. It's much less noticeable, since the denim was so dark, the hot pink of the original really stood out. This pink is more muted so I'm happy! Didn't realize how much the denim was changing color already.

Am i alone in thinking that there shouldn't be a cut off date for when people can join. Ultimately, the newer participants are at a disadvantange as we've starte before them, no?

Haha, no - it's a great looking shoe. Traditionally balmorals are more reserved for suiting, and bluchers are the casual end of "dress shoes," but whatever. Roll with it. The strand is a great shoe.

Is this information in the "shoes explained" thread?

Okay well I was getting tired of wearing my black CP's and I can justify a 500 USD boot like some people, well I can't justify it right now. ;)

    Quick breakdown:

    Blucher: [IMG]
    Balmoral: [IMG]

Essentially, are the laces woven through the main upper of the shoe (Bal)? or are they through an attached piece of leather (Blu)? Bluchers are more casual, Balmorals are more formal.

lol I know what a balmoral and a blucher are, I'm not that slow.

I was referring to your comment about matching pants with shoes.

What up Momo Ballers, I have a question about stacking and if there's anything you can do to alter how they look. I have a bad case of chicken legs, and at the moment I'm ending up something like this:

Anything I can do to prevent this? Is this only temporary while denim settles in? I used to cuff them before I got them altered and I have a feeling that's warping the stacks a little bit.

speaking of balmorals, i'm obsessed with these. black calf, suede, and the antique edge trim make this such an awesome jeans shoe. i require these.

    but i i digress.....
