Sorry I missed this, thanks. They took 12 weeks almost to the day, but I got in to have them finished before they had their holidays.

How narrow is your foot? Simpson last in a UK10 fits me excellently too, but I prefer a snug fit. Hiro in a 10 was quite wide, little loose around the ball of the foot. I have an MTO coming in September sometime(hopefully), that are on the Olfe last, which I suspect will fit better, but nmaybe us Narrow footed fellas have to stick to the New Rey.

Any tips on filling out the plant declaration forms? Got one for importer ID and one plant one for the shoe trees to declare. Never seen a form like this so just wondering.

And any way to not fill out SSN on form? Really would prefer not to email over a file with my SSN in it.

Got an e-mail from Pepe about new Linea Maestro level shoes on the Olfe last that will be added to the website "next season." Looks like a greatest hits of some of the more recent MTO's, including an adelaide and an austerity brogue. I'm hoping "next season" is this Fall because I want both. [IMG]

I think it also allows you to report an IRS number.

For those who listened to a Meermin employees suggestion for sizing, did the size you received fit well?

The only other two he mentioned were described as a "single side buckle" and plain toe double monks. Still, very excited to see the Olfe last entering the Linea Maestro field.

Enjoy! Is this your first pair of shell, or can you compare it to shell from other makers? Also, please wear and post more pics! [IMG]

    Austerity brogue?! Must have.

Now I'm not sure whether to wait it out or commit to a Vass austerity MTO...

I have a number of other shell shoes and just by appearance the shell seems good, a bit stiffer than other shell pairs I have.
I am going to post more pics and comparison of the color...
