Most underrated brand that I would think people on the forum would like: Rittenhouse. The colors are pretty cool, and there are a lot of interesting, and not over detailed, pieces. Check out the cardigan hoodie. Best one I've seen.

I plan on spending quite a bit on Apolis Activism. I love the look and the concept is great.

I like this idea. One brand I've really been really impressed with that hardly ever gets any love on styleforum:

-Lova. That coat a few posts back looks 100000x better in simple navy blue. Tried it on at Lark in Vancouver, it's this great velvety wool/cashmere blend and I love the really dramatic collar - it looks great unbuttoned.

Sunny Sports is carried by MAC in San Francisco right now. Stopped by yesterday and a lot of the stuff that they picked up from Sunny Sports was under the $200 mark, including cardigans, a banded collar shirt, and some others.

Also, American Rag SF had some John Bull available. Hoodie, Pullover Sweater, White Buttoned Shirt, and more.

This thread is awesome.

I've been trying to put together a fit that is outside my normal scope of dress for the past couple of weeks. I'll post the results...

Let me see... I have picked up an Insight blazer and a shirt by Shared.
The blazer has a ton of loose threads that need to be cut off. I really don't know when i'll wear it and I am still considering returning it
I really like the Shared henley I got. It is heather gray with a ton of contrast. The buttons are houndstooth. Even though it is really thin and light, it is still really warm.
Pictures of both are in recent purchases. I think I will post more detailed pictures of the Insight in the thread I made.

Man, how do you still remember what we saw that day? I guess while I drank it out of my memory you're still having Nam-like flashbacks.

The fabric is definitely not industrial strength like the fabrics used in Wings + Horns, for example, but neither is it meant to. With a stiffer, heavier fabric, the drape that Rittenhouse wants would be lost. The construction is definitely a few pay grades above H&M though. All the pieces that I have seen have high quality construction. The colors are definitely not like anything that you could find at H&M (unless H&M has really stepped it up since last I've been in one.)

Sunny Sports, interesting as I am possilby bringing a Japanese label called Sunny Sports next fall. Here is a link with a few pieces...http://bikazaidan.main.jp/?p=761. I don't know if it is the same label as MAC, but they do look great in person.

John Bull has some great pieces. They have a nice denim selection that should be a good alternative to APC. Outwear and basics are very wearable, high quality, and reasonable price for a Japanes label. In the same price point as Mr. Olive. Very clean and wearable pieces throughout the line. We expect to carry John Bull next fall.

http://www.shopacrimony.com/ also carries Rittenhouse.

Didn't know about this boutique, but they carry some other brands I'm slowly garnering interest in, like (the aforementioned) Hyden Yoo and Wood Wood.
