    I also did 300 reps of varieties of pushups (only 50 of them the easy "regular" ones) on Saturday, and upper body/back is still sore - so I'm using this post as motivation to get me through the next week of workouts, which start again tomorrow. I have one more week of 500 pullups, and then I get a "rest week", with the goal being at 400. See you on the other side.

    bro you're an animal, that isn't enough recovery time unless you're sleeping 10 hrs and eating like a horse

    last night at the gym was thursday and i had gone the preceding sun, mon, tues and the week prior hit 4 days in a row without more than 2 days rest

    so this time i took fri, sat and today off tho i'm tempted to go tonight, set a personal record on shoulder press with 90lb dbs, was pretty happy about that

    goal is 3 plates on bench, can only get 275 up a few times so still quite a bit aways, would like to do 315 on squat too by xmas

    i upped my carb intake and started taking pre and post workout which has helped me plus i gained several lbs of muscle over the past month

    i gotcha

    my strongest is db presses on the flat bench, i regularly do 110s and have done a full set of the heaviest ones on the rack before the 120s

    these guys last week were making all kinds of noise huffing and puffing on the incline bench with the 80s while i grabbed the 85s and warmed up with them on the flat bench without making noise, breaking a sweat or dropping them when i was done, it was great (i never drop the dbs)

    i don't really need another thread to post in though so i just post my thoughts along with fok
